Now that was a serendipitous find and a perfect execution(!?) of it.  The croc's expression and pose could hardly have been ordered better.

I guess there is no need for a source of heat under the tub - crocs do like their seshimi - correct?

Hi Joe,
I make my own.
I cut a length of plastic (usually from a piece of corner molding), or timber (usually from a smallish venetian blind slat).... shape it using a band saw and sander.... drill holes of varying size to suggest there is some sort of mechanical engineering going on... then attach to the (also homemade) base .. and insert wheels.

If they don't fall off... is good.......

Cheers

Rowan,

I enjoyed seeing your pictures on stationary animation. I'm working on my version. From the thrift store I was able to buy a Mouse Trap game for $1.98. On another trip to the thrift store they was having a half price sale... I check and there was another game for $1.61, so I ended up with two divers and everything else.

I sawed the base off of one and started painting. The brown tub (it was yellow) is what came w/ the game, but there is also a bathtub and we have a barrel from the Barrel of Monkeys game. I have also thought of using a thimble too, still working on that thought.

Joe,
Great purchases..... I love thrift shops.

If I recall correctly, the MouseTrap game has a diving board suspended off a complex pipe arrangement, which would look cool too.

Pls post pics as you progress..........

Mouse Trap is/was one of the great games of all time. We used to play it all the time when I was young. The "swimmer" was on a tetter-totter board and would be flipped backwards into a wash tub, which in turn would cause the cage to come down and trap the mouse. Of course there was a lot of other stuff that went on before the process reached the swimmer.

You can see the plumbing you refer to in the background on the cover photo- it has a bathtub attached to it.
