Check it out, Annie- a paper model of the Darjeeling-Himalayan Toy Train. Sydney and Bill would have fun with this.

Wow amazing!  Thank you for posting the link  :D
I think Bill and Sidney will have an enormous amount of fun with that.  I've had a long time soft spot for those wee saddle tanks, but never thought I would be able to build one.  I'm really enjoying working in cardboard and don't miss all those years I spent burning my fingers with soldering irons in the slightest.
I wonder wot scale that loco is?  Time for a test print methinks  ;D

Crikey the finished model is G (ish) scale!  No I'm not that quick, but there are a couple of cardboard crew on the sheets and they are certainly the right size to suit my elastic approach to large scale model-making.

Already there are disputes, Bill wants to build it as a Ewing monorail loco and Sidney says that they should build it the right way first to make sure it all goes together properly before they make modifications.  I tend to side with Sidney on this one as there are an awful lot of parts on the sheets and a considerable amount of 3D detail made from lots of tiny cardboard bits.
